My name is Allison Corin Davis.
I grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano West Senior High School.
I went to Oklahoma Baptist University and graduated with a B.A. in Journalism.
I married Aaron Davis, Friday, Dec. 30, 2005. We had an awesome honeymoon in Paris and Rome (for reals, it was incredible)!
My favorite color is red, though I try to move away from it on occasion; it always draws my eye to it.
I really really like a good, fresh baked chocolate chip cookie.
When I get really excited, I talk fast and giggle a lot.
I love to plan trips, travel and take a million pictures of me and my husband with our little point and shoot.
I hate working in an office with no windows.
I love new clothes and waiting a while until I wear it for the first time.
I love coupons—I have one for just about everything.
I love music that makes you dance—disco and early 90s dance hits included—or sing along to.
I love eating popcorn in bed while watching tv with my husband.
I love planning random themed parties and trying to convince my friends that it’ll be really awesome.
I have never had a cavity. (I really don’t know how I’ve escaped this for 24 years)
I don’t like watching the news, though my husband is addicted.
I totally love romantic movies (example of faves: P.S. I Love You, An Affair to Remember, The Notebook) and dance movies (Center Stage 1 & 2, Step Up 1 & 2).
The things that brings me the great joy in life is knowing that God is good and just and He has provided a way for us to be reconciled to Him through Jesus; loving my husband every day and beating him out “one plus” game; having success in the things I do.
I am also an e-mail and blog junkie. I have discovered so many fabulous photographers through the many blogs they update.
I have a great life—a great husband and friend, an apartment we call home, a job that I look forward to doing each day and friends that will talk with me whenever I call.
I grew up wanting to be a newspaper layout designer. Now I’m doing something even better!
I am a romantic. My husband is not, but he humors me from time to time with love notes.
I love making romantic pictures of couples and would be honored to be your wedding or portrait photographer!
